All purchases are final. Tickets are nonrefundable or exchangeable. In the rare event we have to cancel a performance, an alternative performance will be offered.

You are always welcome to sell your tickets personally. If you run into a jam, feel free to call our box office to go over any available options.

Your tickets will be available at the box office the day of the show beginning at Noon. It is also fine to pick up your seats when you arrive at showtime, although it may take longer for us to get you seated. Seating will begin 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Even if you selected the print-at-home option when you purchased, we can still help you look up your order when you arrive if you need. An order number is helpful so we can do so quickly.

We’ll be ready for you 30 minutes prior to showtime! Make sure to arrive promptly by the time the performance begins.

After this time passes, patrons will be seated at the discretion of management and alternate seating may be used if tickets are in the center of an aisle.
